Windwood Bay Disney villa is a 2 story 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home with 3 en-suite bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, the upstairs den can also be converted to a 6th bedroom using the queen sleeper sofa that is in the room, the pool and hot tub look out on to a conservation view so no rear neighbors, the pool area has a child safety fence and the patio doors leading to the pool area are also alarmed so no little ones can enter the pool area without you knowing about. It also features an Open Plan Kitchen/Breakfast room, A Family Room overlooking the pool, Living/Dining Area plus a First Floor Living room/den which features a PlayStation 3 and DVD player allowing you to have time together but also time to relax. The Villa has Free Wifi Connection and each bedroom is wall mounted with flat screen TV's. 2 high chairs, 2 travel cots, 2 stair gates, 2 baby monitors plus an inflatable toddler bed are also provided to make your stay with little ones as stress free as possible.

Th outside pool and oversized patio area is equipped with a dining table and chairs so you can enjoy al fresco dining in the tropical climate. A BBQ is also provided! Sun loungers and reclining chairs allow you to relax in the Florida sunshine and the 6 seater hot tub soaks away the aches and pains after a long day in the parks. There is also a pool bathroom for your convenience so you do not need to leave the pool area when you have to go. The pool and patio area are enclosed by a screen enclosure to protect you from the Florida wildlife.

Windwood Bay is only 10 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World resort, and offers easy access to all major roads such as the I-4 (at junction 58 at Champions Gate a 2-minute drive from the villa), US27 and the 192. At Champions Gate you can find great golf courses, and great restaurants, including the upscale Asian cuisine of Zen restaurant at the Omni Hotel. Within 2 miles from Windwood Bay is the new Publix Plaza and the Reunion Plaza on Old Lake Wilson Road featuring a variety of shops like Dunkin Donuts, Pizza Hut and CVS pharmacy and gas stations. Old Lake Wilson Road will lead you to the famous 192(and the Sherberth Road shortcut to Animal Kingdom), with easy access to Celebration, Disney, Kissimmee and Lake Buena Vista.
